My recent stay at the Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport Hotel was very comfortable. The exterior of the hotel was very sleek and beautiful, as you can see in the picture.
Please take note this hotel is NOT connected to Narita airport building, it is an standalone building that you would need car or bus to transfer between them.

The free hotel shuttle bus service made my arrival to my destination very easy, without any hassle.
I actually used their free shuttle bus to Narita Airport Terminal 2 (this is also where Japan Airlines First Class and Sakura Lounge is located), and also from the same airport.
To get on their bus from Narita Airport Terminal 2, I waited at the bus station number 26.
As I entered, I was very impressed by their lobby décor. I found this indoor garden very attractive in the hotel lobby as you can see in the picture above.
This modern hotel lobby made me excited to explore the hotel more.
There was also a 7-eleven convenience store in the lobby. It was very convenient for buying snacks, drinks and even a few last minutes of travel items.
Since I haven’t take breakfast yet when arriving, I purchased 2 pieces of egg sandwich at this 7-eleven store. By the way, the Hilton Narita Hotel Restaurant here serves some nice breakfast to guests.
The reception area was well organized, with comfy sofas. My check-in was very smooth. Their staff was very cooperative.
As shown above, their hotel directory was prominently displayed on the wall. This is very helpful for the guests to find their way to different amenities like the Hilton Narita Terrace Restaurant, gym and swimming pool.
The hallway outside my room was quite peaceful.
I booked a Queen bedroom for my stay.
Upon entering, I immediately inserted the room key card for power.
My washroom had almost everything that a traveler might need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well-maintained.
The toilet was modern and equipped with Japanese-style features, including an electronic bidet, as you can see above. I can’t help but remember my visit at the Unko Poop Museum when I saw this.
The shower area was clean and functional.
The toiletries they provided were of excellent quality.
My room also had a cupboard for hanging and ironing purposes just on the right of the room entrance.
The best thing is they provided a secure locker in the room for guests to secure their important documents or items. It was easy to use with a digital key pad. It was spacious enough to store a laptop in it.
My room had a luggage table which made the packing and unpacking easy for me.
I was impressed by the ambience of the room. It had a queen sized bed which was incredibly comfortable. The smart TV and tea station were also provided. The room had a dedicated workspace for work. The bedroom was quite relaxing.
I could watch the beautiful landscape of trees, open land and the parking area of my hotel from the window of my room.
The free shuttle bus schedule they provided was very convenient and well-organized, making travel plans easy.
This window view of the room was the best part! I could actually see Narita Airport, with planes taking off and landing, out my window. This was very exciting for me as I love watching airplanes.
